Anti-H1N1

H1N1 is getting serious in Malaysia!
Please take preventive action before u get infected by this disease.
Few days ago, I heard from my friends that 2 Tarcian have been infected by H1N1. I even received a message saying that there are 2 students from SBS and 1 student from SSSH confirmed got H1N1.
I’m not sure whether it is true or it is just a rumor spread by other people.
Everyone hopes that TARC will be closed for 1 week, but we do not see TARC taking any safe precaution. =.=
So for your own sake, do not go to places which are very crowded, wash your hands and always wear mask!

Kenangan Terindah

“Bila..yang tertulis untukmu..
Adalah yang terbaik untukmu..
Kan ku jadikan kau kenangan..
Yang terindah dalam hidupmu…”

18 March 2008 - 8 May 2008 >>> unforgettable period in my life. The lyric above is one of my favourite songs when I was in camp-Kenangan Terindah. When listening to this song, those indescribable feeling come back again..

Today I chat with a few friends that had been to National Service last year. We shared our experiences while in the camp. We had gone through a difficult life when we first enter the camp which is quite far away from our sweet home. This is the first time I leave my family and forced to live in a different way. Nobody accompany me, I have to learn to be independent, make new friends and the worst is I have to wash my own clothes! I thought I will not cry for leaving home and my family, but at the second day’s night I really cannot control my tears from dropping when I received one of my friend’s calls.

I did not enjoy much in the camp. Because everyone looks so strange to me, I felt very embarrassed to talk to them. After getting together for few weeks, I’m quite close to some Chinese friends. The only happy moment I had is when a group of Chinese people chatting and taking photos together. I’m very passive, so do some of my Chinese friends as we did not participate in any activity. I enjoyed kembara halangan very much, as well as ‘flying fox’. I’m very regret for leaving the camp earlier, and did not participate in all the activities and competition. Kayak, rakit, M16!!! Haiz..

It is a place where people can reduce weight. I lost 4-5kg during that period but now getting fatter. That’s what I had for my breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast-bread, lunch-fruit, dinner-biscuit + Milo. The Malay food doesn’t stimulate my appetite at all.

What I hate the most is character building(CB)class, kenegaraan(KN) class and listening to nonsense speech. Those cikgu treat all of us as kindergarten children during the class. We sleep very late, wake up at 5 something the next day. Jurulatih very cruel to us, they tortured us like their dog.

After leaving the ‘hell’, I miss those days very much although I hate the stupid camp-Kem Hijrah Penor. If you ask me, ‘if you have the chance to join NS once again, would you go? My answer is YES! providing that I have given 100% freedom and exempted from CB & KN class. and i will actively participate in every activity from A to Z.

Drag 'us' to hell

14 of us (DBU gang) went to 1U to watch Drag Me to Hell. This time I’m not so scare because so many friends accompany me..hehe..We reached there around 11.10am, luckily the movie hasn’t started yet. It’s not that horrible but very ‘geli’. I get frightened for few times when the so called ‘ghost’ suddenly pop-up and the sound system terrorized the atmosphere in the cinema. I got scream also..I thought Yat Lee is very dare but actually she is not..all the while she used her jacket to cover her face, only show her 2 beautiful eyes. haiz…another ‘mou dam guai’..haha!! quite sad about the ending of the movie..try to imagine your dear being dragged to the hell..*crying without tears* anyway, this movie is quite nice, must watch!

A message to all ladies...

Actually this is not a serious matter, i just want to remind the girls who like to wear low-waist jeans. Please pull up your jeans before you squat or sit down! or else you will show your 'longkang' which is so unpleasant to look at.

This is what happened when i went to library with friends. A girl sitting alone next to our table, when i went into the study room..i saw her big 'longkang'..not a bit! almost half of it! then i asked my friend to see, walao~ everyone laugh like crazy..haha! Don't she feel cold for that part of her body??

Another gang of students which are not my group also laughed at her! Somemore there were so many boys. If i was her, i feel so shame! So ladies, don't think that showing that part is so sexy and attractive to guys..Not everyone is so hamsap, they will just ketawa gila-gila..(even i'm a girl i will laugh also..) anyway, thank you to the girl for entertain my friends and i.

Stupid Idiot

I hate English class!!
Not because i hate English,
but my English tutor!
Like what Kah Koon said..
we are having 'roti canai class'..
About our long essay report...
Can you tell us clearly what we suppose to do??
Today you say this,
tomorrow you tell us different things...
At the beginning,
i'm quite clear about this report..
but now i totally confused! @@
i asked a lot of questions..
but she seem like not answering any of my questions..
Chinese people say:"牛头不对马嘴"..
The thing that make me beh song is
her CB expression!!
Because we don't understand,
we try to ask...
we try to make ourselves clear...
When we repeat the same question,
she show us her stupid expression..
Ish ish...really dulan..
Haiz...

20% or 40%??

Let’s compare…

Last 3 semesters: 20% coursework, 80% final exam

Little assignment and presentation + midterm tests

>>> More time to do tutorial questions, revision and prepare for final exam. Very relax.

This semester onwards: 40% coursework, 60% final exam

Every subject has assignment, more presentation + midterm tests

>>> Less time to do tutorial questions, revision and prepare for final exam. Spending more time on assignment, search for information. Life becomes more hectic.

So which one would you prefer? Well, I prefer the first option. The coursework mark increased by 20%, but it actually increase student’s burden! I rather the coursework remain 20% and I study harder for my final exam. I HATE ASSIGNMENT!!!

4 hours break...

We have 4 hours break from 10am-2pm on Monday. What to do for this long break? Yeah, we suggest playing badminton for 2 hours. It was fun! During the 3 on 3 games, Kien Yue did something funny! When he serves the ball, the shuttlecock accidently hit Yat Lee’s ‘pet pet’. Janis, Siew Ying and I ‘laugh out loud’; almost the whole sport complex can hear our laughter! (Yat Lee, don’t blame me for telling this because it was really funny, I even curi-curi laugh at bathroom. Hahaha!!)

Another 2 hours the girl’s gang burst into the hostel. Ruby cheated the guard that we will be having group study but actually we are relaxing. We take turns to bath and we ordered Pizza Hut, so enjoy~ 2 large 2 regular. The delivery speed was damn slow! By the time it reached hostel, we only left half an hour to finish it. Each person has to eat 4 slices of Pizza, first time eat that much..first 2 slices are very delicious, the third slice onwards I felt like throwing out everything in my stomach because I was very full. I think I’m not going to eat Pizza Hut for at least half year. Hehe..

After much enjoying, I started to feel sleepy in the next class. By the way, we were late for class due to the long distance from hostel to Block PA. First thing I did when I reach home is zzzZZZZZzzzzZZ……..oh~ my lovely bed…so tired~!
